As courtesy to other clients and our team members, please give us a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. A credit card or gift certificate deposit will be required at the time of booking your reservation.
Reservations for appointments $35.00 and over are assured with credit card or a gift certificate. We recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance.
As of July 1st, we are now requiring a credit card on file for all appointments. For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, there will be a 50% charge of the service total. Clients that no show without a phone call will be charged the full amount of your booked services.
While we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, however, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. A no- show can hurt more than just an unattended appointment, it’s lost revenue for our team & our salon. Giving us prior notice, allows us to book other clients that want appointments. This will ensure optimal service & availability for all our clients.
